"Doug and his team are awesome. When we were selling our home in 2018 we wanted to take our Nest with us to the new house. My husband swapped the thermostat and ended up frying something in the AC. Doug was our hero that day, we had the inspector at the house and they found the unit was not working. Doug was able to come out same day to make the repair and get the AC back in working order. "I am so happy with Noble Refrigeration because they are so professional, skilled, and honest. They did NOT try to sell me a whole house filter, an A/C safety valve, an $80 patch for my attic, or anything else I didn't need (as Day and Night did, and that's why I looked elsewhere and didn't even want Day and Night back to do the fall furnace inspection I had already paid for).
I appreciated Noble Refrigeration fitting me into their busy schedule and being on time! They really knew what they were doing and had all the proper tools and gauges to check my zone doors and freon level. They gave me tips for keeping my system in top shape and were patient with all my questions. My system needed nothing and is working very well.
I was so impressed that I asked (they never mentioned it) if they had a service contract. Yes, they do, and I joined immediately to cover two visits--today's and next October for the furnace.

"They where on time and professional. They did A Walk Thru with me to let me know were everything was going to be Installed and ask If I had any questions . At that time I didn't. They also did a Walk Thru with me after it was all done to make sure I was comfortable with the work and asked me if I had any questions, Which I did ..... how do I work the new thermostat and they took the time to show me how to use it and make sure I was comfortable with the new system and thermostat before they left. I would totally hire them again and I plan on it."

"Darren and his 3 son's did a fantastic job installing our new A/C unit. I was very happy with their work and they did everything exactly how we wanted it to be done and it looks great. Darren was very punctual making sure he was on time for every meeting we had which is something that I greatly appreciate. He was also very helpful in choosing our new unit recommending something that would be perfect for our house at a great price. I did the $49 home energy evaluation through Angie's list.Marshall Insulation was sent for the audit.Jeff came out to do the eval.He did a very comprehensive energy audit.He was very professional and informative. I decided to have the insulation installed.They had to remove a very large amount of styrofoam blocks/pieces from my attic which were put there by the former owner ( I have no idea what the purpose behind it was!) This is what added significantly to the cost.It would have been much less without the styrofoam removal.I did get rebates from SRP and that helped somewhat.Carlos and Charles did a great job of getting it all out of there.They hauled it all away and did a good job cleaning up.Then they blew in the insulation and sealed all of the ducts and any air leaks they cold find. Both were very hard working and professional.It was a big job.I noted a small problem several days later and called Jeff.They took  care of it right away.I would not hesitate to use this company.They know what they are doing and care that they do a good job.From beginning to end this was a good experience.Ask for Jeff to do your audit. Carlos and Charles also did a great job.
