I did the $49 home energy evaluation through Angie's list.Marshall Insulation was sent for the audit.Jeff came out to do the eval.He did a very comprehensive energy audit.He was very professional and informative. I decided to have the insulation installed.They had to remove a very large amount of styrofoam blocks/pieces from my attic which were put there by the former owner ( I have no idea what the purpose behind it was!) This is what added significantly to the cost.It would have been much less without the styrofoam removal.I did get rebates from SRP and that helped somewhat.Carlos and Charles did a great job of getting it all out of there.They hauled it all away and did a good job cleaning up.Then they blew in the insulation and sealed all of the ducts and any air leaks they cold find. Both were very hard working and professional.It was a big job.I noted a small problem several days later and called Jeff.They took  care of it right away.I would not hesitate to use this company.They know what they are doing and care that they do a good job.From beginning to end this was a good experience.Ask for Jeff to do your audit. Carlos and Charles also did a great job.

"I was in the process of buying a house and my home inspector refered me to this company, Because he was unable to test the ac unit since there was not a thermostat hooked up. I mentioned to Heath I didn't have a thermostat hooked up and he said if I had one ready they could install it for free while they were out there...
Well since I wasn't closing right away I did not want to put in a thermostat and have to gank it back out if I backed out so he was very nice and said if I closed on the property they would install the thermostat the next time they were in the neighborhood and I was able to let them in. He stuck to his word 3 months later I called him up and he sent someone out to install my ac thermostat for free. These guys have my business as long as I own a ac unit and will get a referal any time someone asks me for a good ac company. On time and very courteous people.

Jim's response time from my original call was excellent. He is very easy to work with, communicates well and is very customer-oriented.
 
The amount he charged me for the work done and considering the time spent traveling to my house, doing the work and answering my questions and giving me advice was very reasonable. 
I highly recommend Jim for computer installation, network issues,  problem resolution and performance improvement. I will definitely call him in the future for any new issues I have.
