This gentleman measured the shop and gave me a very decent estimate! I went with him. I called Coco's to let him know that I was going with another company. All I could reach that day was his voice mail. He tried to get call me back numerous times, saying he wanted to know how far off his bid was. The week following I was in town and he called my cell, most of the time I don't answer a number I don't recognize, I did that day. He went his little spiel and told him that it was none of his business what the other guy was charging me. And for that matter I didn't like that he couldn't get off his duff and give me an estimate in person. Then I had to hang up on him! <br />"

"They are based in Baton Rouge. We spent $35000 together. Overall, it was good and I was very pleased with them. They had a lot of trouble with the building people and also with the electric company. They worked it all out. It’s a little less cumbersome system working in Baton Rouge than here. However, they did a very good job of working their way through it all. They came down here several times to meet with the building inspector and dealt with all that stuff. The other quotes that we got didn’t include putting the foam insulation in, but they were comparable. I would use their services in the future too."

"I've never had any problems with them, you pay a couple hundred dollars a year and you think they are gonna come out and do what they are suppose to do. The only problem I have with them is i'm not sure if they are doing what they are suppose to do. When they are here, they are here for less then 10 minutes, I have a 3000 sq ft house how are you going to maintain my house in 10 minutes. They say they are doing it and I haven't had any problems, I don't know how thorough they've been, but I've been using them since I've been here for 7 years."

"We met with Elissa Spell, flooring specialist, at Home Depot, who was very helpful in showing us laminate flooring options and carpet. Home Depot, Covington has a great selection of both. Elissa priced out the materials, and Home Depot had a great sale for installation of $39. for all of the carpeting, and $497. for all of the laminate flooring. Also Home Depot provides a 10% discount for active and retire military. <br /> Some of the laminate flooring had to be sent from another Home Depot store, and Elissa actually drove there and picked it up for us. We had it in the house in three days. Also the carpeting had to be ordered but came in in 7 days. <br /> U.S. Installation Group, USIG, does the installation for this Home Depot. They contacted me within 24 hours to set up the installations, and checked back with me the day before installation, day of, and also followed up as soon as the jobs were completed to make sure that we were satisfied. The installers that USIG used for our jobs were very experienced, did an excellent job of installing the laminate and carpet, and cleaned up the house before departing. <br /> Overall excellent jobs. <br />"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
