Ye Olde Village Workshop, LLC is a full service custom cabinetmaker and home improvement contractor serving the Poconos since 1976. 1976 is when Bill and Nancy Fisher had a vision to build custom cabinetry of uncompromising quality at competitive prices. Since then, the business has evolved from a two person woodshop to a crew of skilled craftspeople working as a registered Pennsylvania home improvement contractor. Our mission to deliver estate quality craftsmanship for a reasonable budget remains our focus to this day.

Woody's Fireplace is a family owned Hearth Specialty retailer that was established in 1976. We have two retail locations, one in Larksville Pa. and one in Honesdale Pa., and service Northeastern Pennsylvania as well as some parts of New York. We use our own trained labor for installation of all of the stove and fireplace products we sell. We will occasionally sub-contract work on some decorative fireplace facades depending on the size of the project. We are a small business and usually employ between ten and fifteeen people. We accept cash, check, credit and debit for payment however some convenience fees may apply for credit card transactions. We currently do not have financing available. The manufacturers whose products we sell will sometimes offer sales or promotions which we will post the details of on our facebook page (facebook.com/woodysfireplace).

I am my own employee and have been trained in multiple fields of contracting and sub contracting. Under most circumstances I may require a down payment for the job being done and others I will bill accordingly once job is complete.

My abilities and skills afford me to do most work on my own. My contacts in the industry are widespread also. Whatever task/project you need done will take one call to me to get it started. You will not find reliability or sound craftsmanship like this. I only sub-contract if needed and the customer is always informed. Each contract is negotiated differently and I always find a way to work with the customer to come to agreeable terms.
