"I have two garage doors and one had broken the torsion spring a while back. I called Rafael after reading his reviews on Angie's list. He answered the phone immediately and told me he was available to come over the next day. I couldn't do the next day so we scheduled a visit for that Saturday instead. He showed up, and quickly replaced the spring and serviced/lubricated both doors . He also checked a couple of other things I was having issues with on the other door. Instead of up-charging me for fixing a simple issue, he explained what I would need to do to fix the issues myself and it worked like a charm. I will definitely be using his company again as he provided a great service in a responsive and professional manner."

"The arrival time agreed on meant very little, and communication about arrival time changes was none.  The tech arrived at her house 30 min-an hour earlier than agreed on for a morning job.  She wasn't going to work anyway, so it turned out OK.  She was happy with the work they did for her.  I think they might have replaced some wheels on her door, but maybe just adjusted and oiled things.
esThe worker did a good job, and behaved appropriately.  My sister was happy with the job done.  Just a bit of a scramble when the garage door guy arrived early.

"We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. What a difference! I got several bids from the top 3 companies on Yelp in Austin and Titan was hands down the most responsive and gave us the best rate. Joel came out immediately gave us great advice on which windows and siding styles were the best option for us and helped us choose colors. Steve the window contact and Steve the siding contact always, always, always showed up when they said they would and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house with their crews. The guys worked so hard and knocked out both our windows and siding in record time. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldn't get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call."

"He arrived on time, inspected what needed to be done and set about doing it. He removed the old fan, put the new one together and installed it. It all took about an hour and a half. He cleaned up afterwards and the fan works fine. He was very professional and courteous and I recommend TD Services for any household repairs.

"Re-Bath removed the tub and tile along with molded backing.  They reworked the plumbing and leveled the floor for the shower base.  They replaced baseboards and drywall that had been damaged by water leak.  Also, brought a drawer for vanity where one did not exist.  It was measured incorrectly, so they had a new one made and installed it within the week.  They were neat, clean and professional each day they were here, not just waiting until the end to clean.

"I called Paul’s Drywall after researching local drywall firms to include the BBB. Paul responded to our request for quote promptly and took the time to listen to our concerns and then walked us through how he would make the needed repairs. Paul’ team arrived on the date and time scheduled. The team members were extremely competent and professional. They were careful to cover and protect our furniture to prevent damage. Paul was in and out several times a day to check on the status of the project, and spend many hours personally working on some of the more difficult areas. He was very attentive to our concerns and ensured that we were satisfied with repairs. I have used several remodeling firms in the past, but Paul’s Drywall’s competence and professionalism far exceeds them all. "We had on-going issues with several doors in our home. Rubbing to the point of not being able to close, excessive air gaps in exterior doors, latches not operating correctly, that sort of thing. We made quite the list and felt we were unlikely to get everything done in the allocated 3 hours. We were quite pleasantly surprised when the list was completed in only half the time!

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"I am very pleased with this service.  Dave was great to work with and his crew are all competent and pleasant to work with.  I initially wanted a vanity installed and some toilets installed.  The vanity was an issue because the walls were warped and getting it in to fit was a challenge.  They did a great job of fitting it in without damaging the cabinet and prepping all the cut-off valves for the new plumbing to be installed later.  They removed two old toilets and installed two new hi-rise, low-flow toilets and they are great: no leaks and firmly seated.  They also replaced two old track light systems with two new, contemporary LED fixtures.  They repaired and replaced drywall, hauled away the old toilets, debris, etc. and cleaned the work site very thoroughly.
I am very pleased with the interactions with Dave and his crew and the pricing and quality of their work.  I am planning future work and intend to have them do it for me once the new materials and cabinets arrive.  My dogs liked them all, as well, so that is a big bonus."

"I'm not real pleased with them. I kind of given up on them. It has been an ongoing problem for a long time and it's been difficult aligning a time for them to come and visit. The last time I finally got something lined up I had to cancel. I gave up them. I am just going to have to live with the doors that they gave me.
I know that the new doors are more secure than the ones I had before and security was an issue for me. The doors don't really work right. You have to pull pretty hard to get it to open. You should just turn the knob and have it swing open but you don't, you have to give it a jerk to get it off of that sweep, or at least where the sweep is contacting the threshold of the door.
I was trying to buy really good door. I bought a storm door for the front and these French doors for the back. The storm door for the front didn't really sit right. It had a 4 inch gap between it and the threshold and he had to go and find something to fill it but it doesn't seal in anyway at the bottom so it isn't much of a storm door. It has a special glass in it that is very hard to break and it has keys to it but I don't have the keys to it and I don't know how to go about getting keys for it. I have been able to use it for security. Right now it is more of a nusence because when you go in and out, it springs closed faster than you want it to and it ends up hitting your ankles. They either installed a poor process for a lot of money or charged me too much to install.
The owner is a really nice guy. He comes across town and through traffic. He tried to be very helpful. The guy that works for him installing which seemed to be a really thorough type. I got to the point that they had come out so many times for so many different things. I would call and leave messages and they wouldn't get back to me promptly. I really complained to me and told them that I was tired of waiting on them and they started paying more attention to me like they were really going to make things right. It has just been complicated and I don't want to take time off of work to do something like that.

Ray, the owner, came out and made everything right. The product he sells does not have very good service, but Ray stayed on yhem and finally got the replacement parts that made everything work."
