"Stephen answered the phone directly when I called to make an appointment.  He said that he was available to come out that afternoon, if this was convenient..  I agreed, since we were home anyway because of power outages at work.  Stephen arrived as anticipated and spent a few minutes looking at the shed and its contents.  I also showed him an old exercize bicycle in the garage that I wanted removed.  He stated that he would e-mail me an exact estimate within a day or two, but anticipated the cost to be in the range of $800-$900.  I was somewhat taken aback by the amount since I had been quoted several hundred dollars less than this by the company I was planning to buy a new shed from.  I indicated to him that I would probably use this other company.  He said that he could take the exercize bicycle when he left, and proceeded to carry it out the garage and lift it into his truck.  He refused to accept payment or a even a tip for this.  The bike had been taking up badly needed space in our garage  for years, and for us it was extremely heavy (he hoisted it up with seemingly minimal effort...).  It may have been a small thing for him to do, but I was really appreciative.    If I need to hire anyone to haul away items in the future I plan on calling  Stephen."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Very well: the ducts were filled with dust, dirt, and construction debris and now they are clean and shown to be so with their air duct camera. The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I'd highly recommend hiring them right after buying a house, especially if it is new construction. Also, if you have new filters on hand, they will install them for you after they are done. They have transparent pricing, you can pay online in advance, and I received a discount for doing so in April."

"I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

"It went well. The new unit generates more than enough heat for that area. Very satisfied with his work. This is the third time I have used WTPI. When I purchased this house the furnace was not working (we knew this), They installed a new furnace and a separate hot water unit, all natural gas. We had a water problem in the cellar, the furnace was ok but the electronic control for the water heater was damaged. They replaced this within hours. They sent out contractors on their list. They don?t do the actual work. What they would do is schedule the contractor and then the contractor would not show up and then they would say we thought we called you to tell you they had rescheduled or something like that. The contractors sent the quotes to Top Notch and then Top Notch gave us the quotes. There were a lot of different things to be done. One company they sent out added something to the quote that was not to have been in there. They did not provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork that was necessary
