Most people on a Friday night are rushing to get out and won't take the extra time to follow-up like that. She also helped a friend of mine (not an Angie's List subscriber or she would leave a review) arrange emergency service and she and John spent 15 minutes on the phone with her answering her questions. He has the expertise to know he could eliminate the compressor warming circuit that had grounded causing my issue, to have my A/C running again. No jerk around for extra parts or up-selling, a true professional. Fees were more than reasonable in my opinion. VS made a customer for life today!"
