"They charged $98 to come give me an estimate for swapping our a shower valve cartridge, which was fine, but the pricing they provided was completely unreasonable, $1,000. They were unwilling to provide any detail for the price. I ended up buy the part myself for $30 and replaced it in 30 minutes."

"The company was easily reachable on a Friday evening and arrived to repair my heat pump (dead capacitor) promptly on Saturday morning. The technician, Albert, was knowledgeable and courteous, and the price was very reasonable. I'll be using Magna Tech for all my HVAC work in the future."

"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... Who can top Advanced Environment Solutions??? Need your system serviced or replaced? Advanced Environment Solutions gets our vote!"

"Team did a great job, and didn’t try to upsell me. They diagnosed and replaced the leaking pipe - a competitor tried to use the leak as an excuse to sell me on replacing the entire boiler as the only way forward. Appreciated JDL’s focus on addressing the issue at hand. They also tested and confirmed existing boiler had years of life left in it."
