"Our 17 year old central air conditioning went out at the start of a heat wave. I called Arctic Fire on a Sunday morning. Alex returned my call that afternoon and came out the next day around noon and quickly diagnosed the problem and had our old unit running in about half an hour. In conversation with Alex I discussed the possibility of replacing my 17 year old unit which had been a problem with 3 previous service calls in the last year. "These guys are the best. we moved into a new house back in June and had the hot water heater die after a few weeks. Frank was out the next day with a new hot water heater, at a excellent price. Both my wife and I were extremely happy with the work done, the price we were given and the customer service we got. Since then we have had two other 'emergencies' (air conditioner/leaky pipe in bathroom) and these guys came out right away and fixed the problems at excellent prices.
