"We bought the unit from the owner of the company {Lee Henry) at a great price for us.  We bought a top of the line unit, a Trane.
Very professionally installed, as they had to remove the old furnace and all the equipment associated with that system.   Talk about doing a great job, they completely sealed all the duct work and even replaced some of the old piping.  After installing the unit, they made sure all the necessary paper work was submitted to the proper agencies for us to receive all the rebates that were available at the time.  I definitely would recommend Comstock to anyone who asked my opinion.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Sales pitch was very thorough and explained so you could understand each detail of the proposal. Installation was done on the day scheduled and was completed the same day. Follow-up was timely and, once again very thorough. Very please with this companies service from start to finish."

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"I contacted Alltech Solutions, Inc., for a swamp cooler repair. The water was not reaching the cooler, and it was very, very hot in my home, and my backup, room-sized AC units didn't even phase the 100+ temps outside. They kindly scheduled me on the Friday just prior to the Memorial Day Weekend, since I called them on Thursday. I wasn't expecting that they could fit me in for the next day, but they did. The technicians I met were extremely polite and cordial, and very quick and competent in resolving what the issues were -- no fuss, no fanfare. The price was very good as well. My house is now completely comfortable even with heat in the 100's! Many thanks!!"

"Took multiple visits and multiple parts swapped before issue was determined to be terminal. Service contract allowed them to replace the entire unit with a new fridge at sears

"I had them for 2 or 3 years. It's an insurance that you pay $30.00 or $40.00 a month. If you have any problems, you call, and they send somebody out to do the work. They charge you monthly. No matter what the problem is, the guy that comes out charges you $60.00. Weather he has to replace you refrigerator or water heater or what ever, he only charges $60.00. If it's your refrigerator, that is what they work on. If it's heating and air conditioning, that is what they work on. I don't know where they get their list of people to do their work, but the people agreed to only charge $60.00. I guess they pay them something, I don't know. Over all it's comforting to know that you have somebody  you can make one phone call to for several different things that might be wrong. It's kind of warming to know that you have that kind of service to back you up."

"The installer explained everything about the unit that I asked. We actually had a heat pump installed instead of a swamp cooler. Sears was the one we went thru but A to Z did the installing"
