Jesse came out to visit us for a free inspection and estimate, and unbeknownst to us, some really awesome advice about how to proceed with our grander plans. While we still know that we need to waterproof and repair a portion of our foundation, Jesse honestly and openly told us that we needed to start with an architect and get our "Grand Plans" in order before he could give us any estimates on any kind of work that would need to be done, depending on what would need to be done structurally to support the addition. He also suggested somethings NOT to do in the mean time, and how we might proceed from here.

"I hired Basement Waterproofing Etc. to install an interior french drain system for our crawlspace.  After having several estimates from various companies we had the owner, Frank, come out and give us an estimate.  It was nice to have someone with the knowledge and experience we were looking for without any high pressure sales tactics trying to sell us something that we didn't need.  The crew was courteous and did a great job.  They kept the area very clean.  They even took extra time out to take care of our dogs.  By far the best home improvement company I have ever dealt with!!  I wish all of my experiences with contractors were as good as this one was.  I will definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends.  Thanks again Basement Waterproofing Etc!!
