"They are very good. I use Lenox products and I get them through Costco and I have been very happy. So far they have been very good. Rowland Air was just the one I choose cause I need to repair my downstairs heating system. I have them replace it with one of their Lenox unit and it's an excellent system. It's a state of the art unit and functions very well. It comes with one of these Honeywell thermostat which can be control remotely by your cell phone. It has an internet link and so you can set it up like a complete system or manually control it from anywhere in the building as long as you can get cell service. Quality presentation and workmanship is excellent. All around satisfied. I was very happy with it. The sales people told the truth, and they did what they say it will do. The unit is functioning perfectly. Excellent installation, no sloppy working.
