Once I signed the contract and placed a deposit he then ordered the materials and a week later called to tell me he received all the parts and would be down in few days. "Our Roof/Chimney was damaged in severe wind. We had the brick redone and then called Bricks out to assess the liner. I was able to schedule an appointment right away and upon inspection they had noticed our brick work needed to be repaired as the previous work was not correctly done. The liner also was bent and had a small tear. They were very informative, taking the time to show and explain all aspects of what needed to be done. Harry was great at setting up the initial consult and quickly gave us a quote. They got everything done in about 2.5 weeks which is what was quoted. Harry was very responsive throughout the whole process and easy to get a hold of. His crew was respectful and carful with our home and ensured they cleaned up every day. Bill was great and was able to complete the final task list of items we had for him before final walk thru. Our rooms came out fantastic and look great. Harry was also able to paint our master bedroom which was an add on request.
