"Joshua, did a great job, and he was on time. he was professional. I do have a complaint. Joshua, had to cut a hole in the wall. I asked him if he was going to repair it and he stated they do not do patch work. If that is the case, they should hire a patch guy, that can repair and paint. Now I need to pay some one else, after paying 2,719.51 for 4 light install in the celling."

"If you're experiencing any hesitation, please read this review. Not usually one to leave a review, but Climate Heroes did an amazing job installing our new system. For reference, we are in Buford and preferred to go with a local company. They had great reviews so we gave them a call and were blown away by their customer service. From the customer service team, to a visit from their technician, Miguel, the whole company was friendly, fast, consistent, and very communicative from the start. The install team came early the next morning and they were done by the time we got home from work. We felt so prioritized. It was such a relief to come back to a cooling home! Unfortunately it was an unexpected expense, but we feel like we got more than what we paid for from the service alone. The team was professional, organized, and took so many precautions and aftercare to make sure our home was left cleaner than when they started. We?re extremely happy and felt an immediate sense"

"Know what they are doing servicing their Heating and AC products. I have a Rheem Heating & AC Furance with an external Heat Pump."

"Luis came out to the house promptly as scheduled and did an excellent and thorough job of diagnosing and repair our A/C unit. Highly recommend using this company."

"Itâ  s the best service. They looked at our AC unit and knew what was wrong and get that fixed quickly. We havenâ  t got any issue after that."

"Great. I already had the 2 units scheduled for replacement. The unit upstairs failed 4 days before scheduled replacement. They scrambled and was able to get it installed 2 days earlier !!. Very luck that a cool spell came through so we only didn't suffer too much. They even cam back with an additional part so they could complete the install in the same day. They started @ 7:00 am that morning. Very friendly !!! Would defiantly recommend."
