"As a new owner of an older house, it wasn't a surprise to have a long list of out-of-code issues on the inspection report. We handled the fire hazards before closing, and have been working our way down the list. When we wanted a new outlet installed to make our kitchen more compatible with all our electric appliances, Orbit listend to our request, exceeded our expectations with a worry-free install, and handled fixing all the previous owners' shortcuts. Fair price and the added value of knowing I won't electrocute myself or burn the house down cooking dinner."
