They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. The estimator Mike, took time measuring every room to be sure we get just the right size unit needed for our house. (An estimator, from another company, didn’t size all the rooms, wanted to put in a smaller boiler and at a higher cost!). The installation was painless. The work was done in one day which included removal of our old system. The new system is extremely efficient and we already have noticed significant savings on gas and electric. "What a great experience! I initially called not realizing I had incomplete information on my heat pump that wasn't working properly. When I was told what they needed to know in order to come out and look at it, they waited to hear back from me rather than nagging me as some companies would. They charge a very reasonable $99 for a diagnostic visit. It turned out the problem was an extremely filthy filter. I was charged $10 for the filter and nothing for the replacement work. I highly recommend them."
