"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"First - they were really FAST!  I called at about 11:00AM and asked if anyone could come out today and they had Glenn out here by a little after noon!  It was terrific service!  Glenn was great - I showed him what the problem was and he told me what was wrong and what it would cost to fix or replace.  I liked that I was given a few options.  
Within about a 1/2 hour - it was all replaced and I now have a new motor and openers for wall and car.  It works great!  I thought the cost might be a little high but really I have no idea since this is the first issue I've had in 12 yrs. with my garage door!

"Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). "I had purchased a big deal for the service. I had a little difficulty getting a hold of them, but when they showed up they were great, and did what they were supposed to do. I paid additional for the vents. I think they are probably market price. He worked hard. Everything was fine after I got a hold of them, but it was just the initial contact."
