"Overall I am thrilled to death.  Had a few minor issues during the installation where my carpet was horribly stained due to them not using a drop cloth.  They allowed me to have it cleaned to my satisfaction and deducted this from the price.  Had it not come clean they were prepared to replace it.
I cannot judge the entire company over the actions of one negligent employee.  Things happen all the time in the world and the measure of the company is if they take care of it and make it right which they did.
So I was shopping for replacing 2 systems at my home I had recently purchased.  It was a foreclosure and in need of a lot of repairs. I was advised to get a quote from these guys by a friend from church.  I wound up going with them because they had one year same as cash financing and threw in the duct cleaning for free.  
Very easy to work with concerning pricing and options.  having never owned a heat pump I explored several options including a hybrid gas unit but wound up upgrading to 2 14 SEER systems to get the limited lifetime compressor warranty.  
Once everything was done they sent their head QC man over to fully inspect things and make sure it was all installed and running properly."

"After researching several other hvac companies and getting a wide array of solutions and prices, we were initially drawn in to the professional approach Climate Solutions gave us. They took the time to educate us on our situation and how their solutions were resolve our issues. They gave us a very fair price and worked very hard to install our heat pump in our basement and repair a cooling problem in the upstairs system. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business.  I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served.  I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project.  I would recommend them without any reservation.  I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed.  Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

"Though AmeriServ were expensive, I have no regrets using their service.  The service tech came out on a Wednesday to quote me for the work.  I used an Angie's Deal for fan installation for $125.  The $125 did include installation, however, did not include a $49 service charge.  During the consultation, the service tech Mike provided an estimate to install a kitchen chandelier and pendant lights.  The crew came out on Friday to conduct the work.  There were two techs assigned to the job, one was Joshua, I can't remember the other gentleman's name.  They were on time, were clean; they protected my new hardwood floors.  I was very pleased.  While packing up to leave, Joshua noticed that the GFC outlet on the front porch was inoperable.  He tested it to confirm it was indeed non-functional and provided a quote of $100 to replace.  I took them up on the offer and allowed them to change out the GFC outlet.  The work was a little expensive, however, given the excellent customer service and the fact that the work is warranted for, I believe, a year it was all very worth it to me.  I will not hesitate to call AmeriServ back out for any electrical service needs.

"Phil's team did a great job. They were punctual. They kept their work area clean, and left the place looking like it did before they came. The guys were professional, and Phil followed up with me at my home after the install to do a final inspection of the work. Phil got me significantly increased air flow for a marginal additional cost. This was probably the best part of the service. He understands how to maximize the system. I will definitely use Energy Sharks in the future, and I have already recommended them to others."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
