"Best, most reasonable HVAC company in the area! Very professional and personable. No surprises and quick response."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Good phone contact. Hit their appointment schedule 3 times. Did the work as described. Family owned business and a family member supervised the installation crew. As promised. I went with their recommended upgrade and I feel very happy with it."

"Mike and his crew installed a ducted mini-split at my cabin which was new construction. During the install they had great communication and got the job done on time. Overall, it was a pleasure working with them and in the end they did a fantastic job. If you're looking for great customer service at a fair price, they are your go to HVAC guys."

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business.  I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served.  I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project.  I would recommend them without any reservation.  I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed.  Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

"Took a while due to height of the ceiling.  Only problem came when switch on wall needed to be installed.  We would have had them do it but the price quote was 375.00.  We will live with the one switch option until we have it replaced."

"Best looking install I've seen I strongly suggest these folks for installations and service... Thank you for a great job."

"Phil's team did a great job. They were punctual. They kept their work area clean, and left the place looking like it did before they came. The guys were professional, and Phil followed up with me at my home after the install to do a final inspection of the work. Phil got me significantly increased air flow for a marginal additional cost. This was probably the best part of the service. He understands how to maximize the system. I will definitely use Energy Sharks in the future, and I have already recommended them to others."

"waiting for an answer if being replaced or not"

"the service went very well. I was disappointed that he didn't move the dryer out and cleaned where the vent entered the dryer. I guess not too many vendors do that anymore. The cleaning from the outside did make the clothes dry faster.
