They politely called ahead because one of their earlier appointments had not been home.  They arrived when expected.  They carefully inspected the exterior and interior walls for cracks, and in the end decided that we would be better off using one of their competitors because the type of pier that we needed was not one that they could provide. "I called Jesus on Friday and asked if he would come to Grove and give us a quote to lay out flooring. He was there the next morning- wow talk about responsive! Once we were ready, he was able to get to our house the next week! The work was done extremely well. We had remodeled and didn’t want our freshly painted trim removed to lay the floor. No problem for Jesus and his team, there wasn’t even a scratch on the base boards. I highly recommend Jesus if you need great service and follow up. We will use Jesus again when we remodel or r downstairs!"

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and Fred arrived on time, reviewed my requests, and provided the estimate. I asked how soon he could start and he noted he could begin that same afternoon and complete the job early the next day. Fred, and brother Troy, performed the job as outlined: repair 16' of downed fence (including removing old broken 4x4 post and concrete, cementing in new 4x4 post), repair an additional 8' of broken pickets, and the tree removal. Brad found that the bathroom floor was rotting around the toilet, something that was overlooked by a previous handyman three years ago. Everything done in a workmanlike manner at a reasonable cost. "It went well. It was extensive work. They had a sub that did the hardwood floor and tile work. They were nice to talk to and easy to work with. They were real nice. I do have to have them come back and correct a minor issue but I have no doubt they will come back. I would recommend them. They were real competitive on the price. "The services performed resulted in a very beautiful and functional game room area.  My wife and I are very pleased with the work.  Roger, his primary employee, Dave, and all of the sub contractors he used were outstanding.  For example, the texture blends and paint matches were exceptional.  The travertine floor is perfect.  Cabinets were of of good quality and as ordered.  The carpet was modified and replaced for a nice cost savings.  Our new room appears that it was always configured in its current state. Roger was very accessible, genuinely attempted to address all of our requests and was very easy to work with."
