"Luis performed multiple projects including patching and painting damaged drywall, painting base of outdoor deck, placing saddles in a number of doorways, repairing damaged concrete floor and installing wood flooring, and adjusting the closing mechanism on a glass door by adjusting the hinges. His workmanship was excellent and he was very knowledgeable about all the details needed to accomplish a good result. I will be hiring him for all future house projects. I highly recommend him."

"We recently had central air installed and needed to get rid of the former through the wall air conditioning units. When we first contacted Tom, he said he was booked through October, but he would come out and give us a quote. We made the appointment for the quote and he came as promised, looked at the work to be done and said he'd be able to do everything from AC removal to patching and final paint. He worked up a quote and e-mailed it to us within 24 hours. As we were not expecting the work to be done until mid-October, it was a pleasant surprise to hear from him in late September asking if it was a good time to start the job. He was very prompt and showed up when he said he would. He was also very meticulous about his work, cleaning up the work areas each day and hauled away the old AC units for us. The work was completed over the course of a week as he applied several layers of spackle which needed to dry fully before further application or paint. The walls look fantastic and you would't know that we used to have AC units as his work was seamless. We also had a small drywall repair job that we added when Tom arrived and he took care of it for us without additional charge. We plan to hire him again for future projects in our house and will recommend him to others."

"Nice job...they had to chisel out some of the concrete to fit the door just right at the bottom..you would never know they were there..mixed cement and built up the area..looks good"

"Todd and his crew were extremely efficient and professional. We kept adding items to the list of repairs and Todd had to run and forth to Home Depot to get supplies, really appreciate the work done. Everything looks amazing and works beautifully now, will definitely hire the team for future projects."

"tThe crew arrived on time and completed the work as scheduled. The job appears to be very professional. They spent time with us afterwards to explain what they found and how it was rectified. Since the issue was intermittent leaks we do not have absolute proof that the the issues has been fixed but have had no issues since the repair was done.

We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. "I could not recommend Harold's Enterprises more highly. I reached out to Harold based on his listing on Angie's List before I bought my home--free of charge, he took a look at the roof on a property I was considering buying--giving me an estimate and advice. His help led me to find that the sellers were dishonest about the condition of and work done on their roof, and I purchased a different property in Hudson, NY. My home is a 1927 Craftsman that needed quite a bit of work. I hired Harold based on his honesty and responsiveness in helping me evaluate the first property. True to form, his estimate and ultimate cost to repaint the entire interior, repair and sheetrock floors and ceilings, refinish and replace hardwood floors, completely remodel a bathroom, rewire and install light fixtures, match original woodworking, install cabinetry, windows, and appliances, and even assist with installing new furniture, were more than reasonable. Better yet, the quality of his work was of the highest caliber. He has restored and improved a lovely home, and I am so thankful! I have to say that most of all, I am so happy with Harold's professionalism and diligence. Not every contractor is known for staying on the job and completing it on time. Especially in my situation, where I am a single woman trying to restore a second home when I live out of state--I assumed I would have difficulty in getting any contractor to be present and complete the job on time. However, this was never a problem. Harold was always there, was immediately responsive, and never slacked off when I wasn't there. I plan to work with Harold as much as possible in the future as I continue to improve my Hudson home. I recommend him very highly."
