"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

After my garage didn't work, I called Socal Garage door and I spoke to Oren. Oren was very nice to me and asked me to text him few pictures in order to see if he can detect the problem via the pictures. After I texted him the pictures, He called me and said that he see the problem and he asked me when will it be a good time to pass by and fix it. Oren sent his worker that came on the time frame that he said and he brought the parts that he needed for the work. He worked for like an hour and he fixed my garage. The price was very fair as well and they charged it via the phone. Definitely recommended company to work with.

"Joe Kincaid was a pleasure to work with and made several great suggestions to save us money. He and his entire team were organized, professional, and punctual. "John Vadurro did a beautiful job re-tiling my bathroom. The work included demolition of the old bathroom and installation of a new shower, shower door, toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, light, and floor. The cost does not include materials. The tile work was really nicely done.  The part I liked best is that John listens to his customers, when I had some concerns about one of his workers - he heard my concerns and sent another contractor.  This is the mark of a true professional. I would recommend John Vadurro to others in the Whittier and La Mirada area. One really nice part about John is that he will provide contractors for plumbing, electrical, painting, and tiling. He is a one stop shop - which is difficult to find these days. I also had John replace a door jamb and install a new door, fix the plumbing in my kitchen, and install a water heater so that it was in compliance. John does high quality work at a reasonable price."

"Everything seemed fine. I had no complaints. I was satisfied. Unfortunately they knocked a little planter pot hanging by my back door down & broke it. I didn't receive any compensation, but I didn't expect to. They did clean that mess. They also asked to use my restroom and I found that to not be very professional."
