"What a great experience! I initially called not realizing I had incomplete information on my heat pump that wasn&#39;t working properly. When I was told what they needed to know in order to come out and look at it, they waited to hear back from me rather than nagging me as some companies would. They charge a very reasonable $99 for a diagnostic visit. It turned out the problem was an extremely filthy filter. I was charged $10 for the filter and nothing for the replacement work.
