They immediately scheduled me, thanks Kelli, and Brent, the repairman, arrived promptly and went to work. He explained things as he went along and answered my questions easily and thoroughly. Heck, even my dog liked him. Ha Unfortunately, a part had to be ordered but Eric was on it immediately and able to arrange delivery that same evening, then Brent arrived EARLY to install it and get me going 100% again. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
