"David Coffey was great to work with. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how the system was going to work. He walked me through every step. Even after drilling the whole in the basement floor he explained what was under the slab, it was cool to see. He ran the required piping so that it was up and out of the way and unlike other companies that run up along the outside of the house which can be an eye soar the system is contained inside. We opted to go out inside the garage so that we could monitor the fan but that could have been located in the attic out of sight if we wanted. We had one problem that he was quick to repair and even offered to repair some other things that were not part of the system. He went above and beyond what was required. He was great to work with and I enjoyed talking with him while he was here. I would definitely recommend David. He also does the work himself he doesn't hire the work out. When you call for an estimate he will come out to your house and go over what he will do and the cost and other places just give a rough estimate over the phone and give a range of plus/minus a few hundred $. David's estimate was right on the money even after doing extra work to make sure our basement area was sealed from gaps he found while working.
