The electrician was the first to arrive and installed the new breakers to the panel and installed the wire for the condenser unit and the wall mounted blowers. The crew installed two power head blowers, one for a large sunroom and another for the living room. The heat pumps are nearly silent yet powerful enough to do the entire first floor of our 3000 sq foot home. The entire install was done in one day and we were thrilled with the result. The estimator who came out took pictures and helped decide what the best options were according to our wishes and needs. This is what this company specializes in and they have it down to a science."

"Kevin called me the same day I posted the pro request. I scheduled him to come by to do a quote two days later and hired him at that point. Kevin replaced a scary exterior electrical outlet and power cord that powers a pool pump. The power cord was coming out of the ground and arcing and the old outlet was melted around a socket. Not good. Kevin fixed it right up and replaced and greatly improved the whole set up, including installing an exterior outlet and switch that are both protected by the weather. Very impressed and will hire Kevin again."

"The crew showed up early on the date provided by Mr. Froais.  The gutters were cleaned; some of the new guards were installed, and they left the broken (replaced) ones for my inspection."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
