"movers were very nice, worked really hard. the company waved the trip charge because I wasn't aware of certain charges. they called of the day before and asked if I could change my window for the move 9 to 11 to 11 to 4. unfortunately they didn't show up until almost 4 which made my move at night and really later than I wanted to do it. they did give me a $50 discount for changing the window."
