"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. He did try to jump-start it and get it to work, but it would not start up so we ended up replacing the unit. From the inspection, to replacing the pump, to replacing the unit was 3 days. "Experience was great, we just needed a checkup but received a great assessment on the condition. We also had a programmable thermostat for the large unit and replaced the capacitor. Would defiantly use the service again and recommend. It would be nice to drop the $40 service charged for going to Black Canyon City. We were informed of the surcharge when scheduling and I know your company must keep a service area but we are just 10 miles north of Anthem. Regardless we would still use your services in the future.
