"I am deeply disappointed with this company. I hired the services because there was water coming back from the basement?s bathtub drain and toilet. The technician went to my house, did an inspection, and told me I would have to move my septic tank, and that this would fix the problem. The new septic tank had a cost of $12,000, and the service was done on 06/20/2025. On the date 07/13/2025, exactly 23 days after the service was done, the same problems checked by the technician came back ? exactly 23 days later. I got in contact with the Integral Company about the problem coming back, and they told us it wasn?t the septic tank?s fault, even though they guaranteed to me that this was the reason for my bathroom leaks and that it would be over after the septic tank was fixed. They put a camera in the pipes and told us all we had to do was clean them. I had my son-in-law, who is a plumber, come here to fix it. They told us to rent a snake machine and clean those pipes. Terrible company."

A transactional relationship I own 2 businesses in ATL and chose Moncrief based on what I perceived their reputation to be in ATL for a simple AC drain line & pan clear and clean at one of my locations (2 yr old unit) and to get a maintenance agreement going for each location. Appt was easy to schedule and I was informed a $199 fee would be due for the trip. Having lived on this earth 50 years, my experience has been trip fees are applied to work performed- NOT SO WITH MONCRIEF. First tech arrived with the wrong size ladder and couldn't service our location and immediately left- no problem, mistakes happen. The lack of same day follow-up from scheduling was a surprise. A text appeared next day that someone was on their way. Tech quoted $363 to clear the line and clean pan and informed the $199 fee was on top of that. I asked abt the maintenance agreement and he informed he would quote but they were absolutely inflexible to view these "
