They even used bubble wrap to "waterproof" an open hole on the box. Another HVAC company who did the repair was shocked at the negligence. They luckily found the issue because it literally sparked at them, which again, could have BURNED DOWN MY HOUSE. We have been dealing with them for several years about many issues they fail to address. Completely incompetent and negligent. Penguin will lie and gaslight about this. However, I have photos and invoices detailing all of it for anyone to see. ?"
