"I liked how quick Right Now Heating & Air installed the system. I also liked that they kept their word without arguing about the small things. I did not like the way they set up the system, especially for the price."

"Timely, efficient, and very professional"

"John & his brother Paul were great communicators. They came when they said they would. They were professional in all aspects of their work. We are very pleased with the install and with our minisplit system. I highly recommend Alpina Mechanical!"

"This company is one of the greats. From the top down, everyone is so professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Hands down the best company in the Spokane valley. From the clear and fair pricing, prompt and accurate service, clean and professional work. To their friendly and presentable staff. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone"

"The installation crew came on time and started by putting down protective cloths on the floor. We had three exhaust fans replaced and the work went as planned - the fans were over thirty years old and one was making a lot of noise, so we decided to just replace the other two as a pro-active measure. The installation crew and the estimator were all great."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

My mother has a new air conditioning unit (similar to heat pump) that was installed by another company. Outside temperature yesterday was 96 degrees and the unit stopped working yesterday around noon. By the evening time, the house was 86 degrees which is dangerous for her as she is in her late 80's and homebound. I called the company who installed the unit and was told that it would be 3 weeks before they could come out even though the unit is still under their warranty. (Oddly enough that company also has "A" rating through Angie's List but I'm puzzled how that's possible.) The service coordinator was terse and said they only did "first come, first serve" which I understand when dealing with most of us. However there are times when priorities are needed.

I found Aire Serv on Angie's List. From the beginning of the call the experience was positive and very helpful. She acknowledged that home bound and elderly people needed to have a quicker response. She agreed to try to get someone out the next day and would try to get someone there today so would call me with more information ASAP. Meanwhile my husband attempted to problem solve the issue and fortunately managed to fix it. That is the only reason that Aire Serv did not do work for us. I will absolutely use Aire Serv the next time we need anything and highly recommen

"Alpine heating did an excellent job, great customer service, and the price was very comparable, even saved me a few dollars. Will definitely call them for all my heating and cooling needs."

"Great! Completed in a timely manner and very professional. Would hire again!"

"Much better than expected - some slight delays waiting for parts, but for the most part a timely process from start to finish. Would like to complement the installers (Eric and Chance) for their knowledge, problem-solving skills, positive attitude, work ethic, and overall attention to detail."
