"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. When we asked for work bids, Terry called us first thing and was there for the estimate in short order. He worked with us to get the Furnace and Water heater that suited our needs/want and quickly adjusted his quote for us. When he ran into unexpected delays with our project, he sacrificed his Saturday to make sure our furnace and water heater were properly installed. I would use his services again without hesitation, and you should, too."
