"Kamal diagnosed and completely repaired a failure with our upstairs ac/heat pump that was having high/low stage lockouts. Neither the ac or heat pump was working. He replaced the compressor which had died, replaced the TX valve in the attic, which was installed incorrectly by the original installer, flushed the line and checked for leaks, etc. In a quick turnaround time. Kamal communicated every step of his repair and was very honest and responsive. Everything is now working perfectly. This is a complicated system to repair, and the expertise, timeliness and the VERY fair price Kamal gave to us made it a First Class job. Great work!"

I had forgotten to respond to her message before the office closed (something came up in the family) and she called me back to offer to help. Most people on a Friday night are rushing to get out and won't take the extra time to follow-up like that. She also helped a friend of mine (not an Angie's List subscriber or she would leave a review) arrange emergency service and she and John spent 15 minutes on the phone with her answering her questions. "Darren, the Salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very low pressure sale tactics, but laid out all of the options for you. The crew came and finished installing a new heat pump and heat exchanger in a half day and then another individual returned the next day to install a new water heater. Great communication and attention to detail every step of the way! Would highly recommend!"

"Technician arrived and promptly diagnosed an issue with pressure switch. He reset my unit to get it running again and left, in a hurry. $69 for a 10-15 minute visit. Only thing is, once he left, the unit stopped again and I had to call to have him come back. Looking closer, he diagnosed a bigger problem (electrical board) and had to order the item. We paid for rush delivery and waited for him all day the next day, only to find out late that it would be delayed an extra day. Eventually the part arrived and the repair was made in a matter of minutes."
