The price was great for the work done and better, he was able to come out the same week to do the job. He and his crew were out when they said they'd be out and completed the work in the time he gave. The actual work looks amazing and so much nicer than what was there. I have an old house and there's always something unexpected when work is done, this being no exception. Thankfully, it was a small issue, but it was taken care of. Don is friendly, up front and honest. I would definitely recommend him and D&D Roofing Contractors for roofing and exterior work. I will be using them for future projects."

Also, it's important to note, the deck was originally denied by the township. Jim actually helped me at no cost file a variance and showed up the day of my hearing in front of the township board to help me out. We won the hearing and the deck was built. Very happy and highly recommend the American Craftsman team."

"John K was fantastic. he explained what needed to be done and he took pictures of problem areas on the roof. He then took the time to show me the materials that were to be used on the roof. Prior to a major rain storm he came out and put a tarp over the leaky portion of the roof. The crew that did the work were very professional and finished in one day. Andre the crew leader took pictures of the finished job to show me. John and Lou both showed up during the day to see how the job was comming along.
