"We can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with the work that was done on our home. Our house went from being the "ugly duckling" of our street to the "beautiful swan" after Roman's crew was done with our home. Bill, Rob and Evan were the men who did our front porch, and it's what sets the look for the house. I could not have asked for three finer men who were a pleasure to get to know, and appreciate their workmanship. The guys would show up around 6:30am, and were ready to begin at 7am. They had the old porch torn off in a day, and over the next several days, an entirely new porch was framed and the most beautiful wood was used for the new flooring, along with white vinyl railings. They also put in my new front door and storm door to complete the project. For the siding, gutters, downspouts, soffit & fascia, I've not seen men work this hard and tirelessly in a long time. Fredericko and Jose would show up around 8am every day, and work until they had no daylight left to work in. The finished product looks incredible, and we are so grateful for the hard work the men put in to transforming our home. I've attached photos to the review so that you can see the amazing transformation of our home. "To start off, he didn?t even want to come out to see the bathroom before he started the job. I requested that he come out first to see everything because I really wanted to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted to have done. I was very thorough, even provided drawings and he kept assuring me that he could do what I had envisioned. My husband, who is in the trade, kept telling me to instruct them to do certain things that they were going to overlook. The tile work was not done as I had wanted. I asked for a very small grout line, asked them if they were experience in tile walls, they said they were, yet they would do things that I didn?t ask for and wouldn?t consult me first before they did it. I asked him if he could seal the grout and instead of doing it, he gave me a spray can and told me that I could just spray it on the wall and wipe it off and that?s all I need to do once a year. So then I had to take extra time to do something that I thought I was already paying for. Also, their way of fixing things would be to just caulk over cracks until you couldn?t see them anymore instead of actually repairing the cracks. The worst part about the whole experience was the fact that every time they had to come back out to fix their mistakes, I would get charged for them. I ended up getting billed $5000 more than what I had initially paid and now my husband and son have to re-do the whole thing."

"They did a fantastic job! There was a substantial glitch towards the end of the job. Jim resolved it within 90 minutes and had another workman there within hours. Photo was taken before plumbing fixtures were installed, it shows tile work only."

"I'm really pleased with the fence installed by P Sqrd. Phil was quick to respond from the initial measurement and quote stages through to the end of the installation. I especially appreciated that he put together the order and emailed me the cart so that I could easily pay at the store without having to figure out exactly what items I needed. He also made an extra effort to see if he could get better pricing for me, which was very thoughtful. On the day of the installation, there were four guys who took care of everything, and I appreciated that so many people were available as it meant the job took very little time. I am really happy with my fence and would definitely recommend P Sqrd."

"His name is Rod. He is fine but the guy he has used for years, the contractor Les. I talked to Rod and somebody was supposed to come out but after 3 phone calls nobody got a hold of me so I just quit calling. Nothing major but I spent a lot of money. I was just a little disappointed because Rod was pretty good. It was minor like my door is sticking and I can't figure out what the problem is. And then I had some windows that were slipping down and Rod said Les would be getting a hold of me but he never did. I have an old house and they really messed up my window frames on a couple windows because they are all wood. If he had said you know these window frames are old and this may happen but he didn't. I was really surprised when I walked around and said hey my windows are messed up, he just looked at me like I was crazy. Not all of them, just a couple. I did shop around for windows at different places and the other places were outrageous. Rod told me they had a special going on so I got the next better grade up. Even if Les had called me back and said hey I'm not going to be coming back out. OK Now Rod called me back all the time and he suggested some things that I never thought of. Like shutters for the second floor. I liked his creative because he suggested different paint and things. Rod's professionalism was an A but Les I would give a C."

"V & J Contracting & Roofing was one of 8 companies that I contacted to get quotes to build a deck off my back porch to the pool we had installed in the fall the year before. Being the 1st time we needed to hire a professional to come in for a major build we were quite nervous. Jason came out to site the deck and take measurements. I felt good after meeting him personally. My wife and I were happy with the quote. Jason was very quick to return any call ore text I sent him. I was at work the week they worked on my deck and my wife was at home. Everyone there was considerate and treated my family nice. The deck come out beautiful and was exactly as we wanted. The only negative thing with the deck experience was something that was not in the control of any one and it was the rain that pushed the build back, however Jason was in contact with us and we were kept informed of this and all. My whole family enjoyed the deck all summer. We were happy built the price, the build and the crew themselves. When It is time for our next project Jason will be my 1st call."
