"My 1950, 860 ft house had 20+ yr old dusty, pink insulation, that was even worse after the city revamped utility vaults & pushed rats into the neighborhood. I chose S.R Insulation to vacuum out, caulk open voids, and re-blow insulation. The owner set up an appointment quickly. On the day of service, he did call 15 minutes late to advise of an issue. The 3 person team arrived within an hour, set up the vacuum and bags, then removed insulation; original, wood-shingle slips; and ducting left by A/C techs. They worked between 3 to 4 hours and said they would return next business day. The two part installation, gave me an idea - I asked for an extension, so I could repair ceiling sheet rock while the attic was void. The owner agreed. He did not require partial payment. Three weeks later, I rescheduled. The install was even quicker, filling up to the stud height in white, blown insulation. He leaves behind a cardboard measuring stick to show you. The difference inside the house was immediate. I will not provide calculations, as I added front load washer/dryer to the electric usage at this same time. Later, I found my stove top vent fan blocked. I was able to pull out material from the duct, and the fan worked. Therefore I did not call the owner about this. I paid less than $1500, and thought it fair. I would use S.R. Insulation again and recommend them."

"Everything went as promised. They recommended that I have the ducks in my attic inspected, prior to installing the insulation. The a/c pro. that was referred, made some recommendations, that really made a difference and was really needed, to help keep our house cool."

Kent , the owner, was great and everything he told me was correct. I have waited to post my evalution because I wanted to receive my first utility bill after completion. My utility bills in the summer were ranging from $250-$300 a month. I have a 2267 square foot home with a pool. My first bill since my new installation was $200.00, a wonderful drop from last year. "Paul D. came out to look at my A/C (3yr old) that was underperforming during the summer. I previously had a service plan with another company who came out and charged me to not fix the issue but wanted to upsell to a new A/C. Paul was able to quickly identify and correct the issue and the last few days that have been around 100, it has been very comfortable in the house. Also, the electric bill is lower since the unit isn't running constantly. I was also interested in adding a Mini-Split to my master bedroom. It's on the SW corner of my house and is the farthest run from the Central A/C. Riley H. came out and worked with me to determine the best option. Comfort Experts had the best prices and warranty around. It was installed a week after he came out and I have been very satisfied with it. The central unit doesn't run much overnight just to keep 1 room cool. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Comfort Experts to anyone."

"They were very professional and knowledgeable about the systems. For this install there were some issue, I forgive them for this obviously I am giving them an A. They sent someone out immediately to fix it at no cost and got it running immediately. Even more, specificity, two months after they installed it I found out they had mistakenly installed the wrong filtration system in the AC. It was a lower grade one and they came out and fixed it and upgraded the system free of charge. It was outstanding, I didn't expect them to do that I was willing to pay for it but they did it for free. 

The area for improvement would be the ability to find customer information in the system when the customer calls in seems to be a bit slow at times and the associates on the other end struggled to find the info in a timely manner."

"initially, we were worried because first crew that came out didn't seem confident that the job could be done.  We spoke with manager / owner? and he sent another crew out as soon as possible and they explained that the first crew was concerned about the high pitch of our attic.  They brought the right equipment and did a great job.   I had our energy company come out for an audit and he said our attic was one of the best he'd seen as far as energy conservation!  So, overall, job well-done.
