"The repair to the shutoff valve was straight forward and was done quickly and professionally.  The bathtub repair was more involved beacuse they had to cut into the plywood floor from the basement access panel and then remove the drainage pipe which was cracked. They made the repair and there have been no further problems. Techniction was friendly, explained what needed to be done and went over the pricing before starting work. They have standard charges for each type of service which appear a little on high side but the price is the price no matter what it takes so if it is very quick you may feel overpriced but if they take a lot longer you don't pay more. 
I previously had purchased their Diamond Service which insured same day response and a discount on services which was applied in this case.  They also do annual free inspections as part of this service.

He was very quick to answer the line, no digital voice service...I spoke directly to a person who was kind and friendly and very understanding to my situation. They were thorough in their assessment of the cause of the leakage and were able to make the repair immediately. The quality of their products were top notch and at a fair price. I also was concerned with a recent outdoor faucet that had been replaced and asked if he could verify if it was installed properly. He checked the faucet and the value and gave me advise on how to maintain a safe faucet from the elements. I would highly recommend this plumber and will In fact use him again in the future, if need be.

"Don,t count on CHW for emergency repairs; water heater problem...3 days before anyone could come out...contacted my own service... no reimbursement from CHW. Otherwise wait time is usually 3 to 7 days for assessment then more time for actual work. The repair services have done exceptional work. One service was rescheduled 3 times by company for assessment only.. took another 2 weeks for parts and repair. Another company made instant assessment and repair. Usually $65 for service fee. AC system was replaced with a known brand, but I still had out of pocket expenses of which I was notified ($650). Lousy call center outside US...scripted. Very frustrating trying to explain issues and understanding replies. Companies hired by CHW did exceptional work. No complaints other than scheduling. Will investigate other companies when contract expires."
