The technician arrived well within the time window. and promptly went to work to diagnose problems, checking several different parts as well as the thermostat. Once it was determined that an electric igniter was no longer functioning, the technician explained the problem and offered two choices for repair. He determined that he had a replacement igniter on his truck. It was installed and verified that furnace was working properly. Throughout the visit, he was very courteous and made certain that I understood his actions. I am very pleased with the service and the tech. <br />"

The repairman was employed full time by Team Enoch and unfortunately, the patch job leaves more than a bit to be desired. There is now a very obvious square in the center of my kitchen ceiling where the patch was made. The paint matching was not great but that did not really bother me as much as the fact that the repair is not flush with the ceiling which is an issue that remains."
