Addition Contractors in Costa mesa, CA

"Stop your search now, you've found the contractor you should go with, you will not be disappointed! This is the second project I've had Ben and his team do at my house and they knocked it out of the park again. This time around they remodeled two bathrooms and put in a new hall closet. They were rock stars throughout the entire project. There wasn't a single time that any reasonable request I made was denied. This was a huge load off my shoulders when dealing with such permanent decisions that comes with bathroom remodels. They were very patient and understanding as I ran into several supply issues that were out of my control during the project as well. It's very obvious that he's had years of experience with construction. His attention to detail and his forethought allowed my wife and I to rest easy knowing that they would always be able to bring up potential issues as well as offer us solutions to issues that we were going to run into many steps down the line."

"Ricardo remodeled multiple rooms in my house, including my kitchen, bathroom, and a couple of other rooms, and they have never looked better. He is extremely knowledgeable and really understood exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable with the price he charged. Ricardo truly knows what he?s doing, and his workmanship shows in every detail. I would absolutely hire him again without hesitation. If you?re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and professional, Ricardo is your guy."

"We recently had OC Home Builders, Inc. remodel our primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and several other areas of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They completely reconfigured the space and brought our vision to life by building a beautiful hybrid tub and walk-in shower combination that we had always envisioned. One of our favorite features is the Tadelakt plaster they applied to all of the bathroom walls and ceilings, which gives the space the luxurious, high-end look we were hoping for. We truly enjoyed the entire process of working with OC Home Builders. Their team was professional, attentive, and great to work with from start to finish. We also appreciated that they are a family-owned business and took such pride in their work. We’ve included before-and-after pictures so you can see the incredible transformation! We would highly recommend OC Home Builders, Inc. to any friends or family looking for a quality construction and remodeling company. We would abs"

"The addition completed by Orange Home Builders Company has greatly exceeded our expectations. The expanded area is spacious and filled with natural light, creating a welcoming and airy atmosphere. The modern design and high-quality materials used in the remodel have added a sophisticated touch to our home. The meticulous attention to detail and the seamless integration with the original structure have made this addition both beautiful and practical."

"Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."

"I got new vinyl flooring for my kitchen and not only did it give my home the look that I want, but the process was incredibly smooth. Vince was very communicative and straightforward, and as someone who tends to be an stress-case with large projects like this, all of the information was cohesive. Thank you, highly recommend!"
