We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. "Darrin fixed an increasingly problematic front door mortise lock. Works swell now; it was a toughie. He also fixed two other outside door locks that had been iffy. Prior repairman who had installed the locks and doors didn't do a great job. Now we have working and locking doors. Spiffy. I thought the price was very reasonable. He was professional and knowledgeable. Will hire him again for any lock issues. I wish I had done this over a year ago instead of dreading it (afraid we would have to replace the locks or doors)."

"DO NOT USE THEM!!! First they required a credit card to come out then they came out and spent an hour attempting to rekey my lock but couldn't then charged me $150 for doing nothing because they claim the lock was damaged. They gave me a quote to replace the Anderson lock for an absurd amount like thousands of dollars. Then I had another locksmith replace the cylinder in less than an hour and it was all done. I requested a refund and they refused so I disputed with my credit card and Reeds had the audacity to call me to tell me llied and asked me if how I could sleep at night. I asked him how he could sleep at night because I told the truth and they tried to scam me. They are highly unethical!"

"When I called Prolocksmith I got a dispatch person who seemed to be working from home. She was quick in trying to connect me with someone to do the work. Referred me to discuss rate and other specifics with the locksmith who would be performing the work. The actual locksmith called me within 5 minutes and indicated that he would be at my place in 20 minutes. I had to interrupt him to tell him what type of lock was on my door. Also when I asked about rates, he said that he would not be able to tell until he was there and I could opt out at that time. Locksmith who showed up was with another company and did not know anything about Angieslist. He tried to give me some sort of a discount but said the software on his smartphone would not let him. Upside, he arrived within 30 minutes. Downside, cost $272 and I am not sure what company opened my door but it was not the licensed Prolocksmiths."
