"Overall it went well. The one complaint I would have is that Parish, who quoted the job, did not account for the fact that the locks were different in the doors throughout the house. So, we could not get everything keyed to one lock. Kevin, the installer, patiently worked through this issue. He did very good work and was very professional. Also, John in the parts department was very helpful in helping a secure a lock that worked with our door."

"Wayne called about 45 minutes prior to the appointment time to say he was running a little late and was that okay with me. I told him not to worry as I had plenty of time. When he did arrive, he rekeyed the locks, flipped the deadbolt (for some unfathomable reason it has been installed upside down), and cut 6 new keys in very quick order. Nice guy, personable, professional and extremely efficient."
