"Fantastic service. Very Professional. Rekeyed all of the locks in my house and cut me several spares. He also noticed the metal lock plate where the bolt comes out of the back door was broken and added a replacement lock plate for Free. I called a bunch of locksmiths for this simple job and they were all MUCH more expensive. It's a simple common service and I think some of the locksmiths take advantage of that and charge much more. Will definitely use West Hartford Lock for any locksmith issues in the future. <br />"

"Doug was extremely professional and personable. While my call was not an emergency, Doug re-arranged his schedule to ensure he got to me as quickly as he could. He drilled out he broken latch, put on the new door knob that I had purchased and re-keyed the lock to match the rest of the locks in the house. I asked if he had time to look at another pesky door knob and he graciously obliged. He recommended I change it out and I asked if he had the time and the parts with him to handle the job. He did, he was extremely efficient and had the knob replaced and re-keyed in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Doug and whenever I need locksmith services in the future, Doug will be my first call."

"My key did not turn in outside front door lock, only worked for inside door lock.  Lock had been purchased as part of decorative door knob a few months before, installed by my contractor, and worked fine until it didn't .  Matt  at TopLock suggested I call manufacturer of lock, and even provided me with phone number. Lock company shipped me a new cylinder at no charge. Once I received the new lock, I contacted Top Lock and scheduled for the following day. Although the locksmith was running behind schedule, TopLock called several times to update me on expected time of arrival of locksmith. Locksmith even called, as I requested, just as he got to my house to allow me a few minutes to crate my dogs before letting him in. Locksmith was polite and professional. He even gave me a small discount for my inconvenience because I had to wait around because he was running late. <br />"
