"After purchasing my new home, I wanted to change all the locks. I called Colgate in the morning, they gave me an estimate ($180), and scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon. The Colgate employee showed up at the scheduled time and walked through the house with me to inspect the work. He told me the drawbacks and benefits of each choice, but said he would do whatever I wanted. I had changed my mind about some of the work I had requested when I called for the estimate, so the employee discussed the additional costs prior to starting the work.
