"I have been using Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning for the longest time and am very pleased with their quality of work and promptness. I have purchased my heating and cooling units from them with excellent installation. The service technicians are very professional."

"Estes is always very professional, considerate, and thorough. They have been my inspectors bi-annually for years, and managed my furnace/AC installation when my original system finally keeled over. It was July, terrible heat, and they were quick and wonderful."

"The technician was very nice and did a great job. Old water heater was removed and the new one installed. The technician showed me his work and explained what he had done. I recommend Moncrief."

"Robbie and team showed up and replaced two completely dead HVAC systems with highly efficient Rheem inverter systems. In the first month alone, my electric bill has dropped from ~$550 to $250 - now that we're not relying on heat strip heating. They were excellent, describing everything that they did and walking us through using the new systems. No surprises on the bill, either - just straight forward and honest. I'd highly recommend them in the future, without reservation."

"Starting with my salesman Stan, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient through an easy installation and then my plumbing Overview by Blake who was extremely thorough it has been great working with this company. Blake even noticed that my recent water heater installation by another company was not up to code so I had to call them to come back. He even went so far as to email me information that I could share with the other company to make sure they change the errors. Whether you need AC or plumbing this is a great company."

"We had to use this company because of their contract with America Home Shield.  After 5 visits to my home - one of which he dripped the dirty toilet water all over my floor - they refused to write down that the issue with our toilets was the actual toilet and that it needed to be replaced.  Subsequently, we hired an out-of-pocket plumber who fixed everything by removing the original toilets and replacing them with new ones.
Additionally, the plumber came to our garage entry door instead of the front door and smelled of cigarette smoke every time he entered my property.
On the initial visit we also had him look at our hot water heater which he said needed immediate replacing.  We had another plumber come out for a second opinion (before spending $1800!) and the next plumber said that there were no issues at all that needed addressing and a new one was not needed.

"Respected my home by placing down runners, wearing shoe booties and cleaning up after a very involved and messy installation. He then explained all the system operations. I would definitely hire him again. Bob Casteel"

"Customer service was excellent. They responded quickly and was on time. Project: install air condition and heating unit."

"Our system was making a concerning sound so we called Climate Heroes and they scheduled someone to come out the very next day. The office staff was very empathetic, and we felt prioritized the whole time. Jose Castro is a fantastic technician. He was able to repair our air conditioning systems and even better, explained every detail of what he had done and why it needed to be done. This company seems to know how to hire the best and most knowledgeable people who do exceptional work. It’s been 3 weeks since our service and everything is running smooth.
