"I would recommend New Horizons for heating and cooling. Matt was punctual and informative throughout the process. The pricing was fair and met my needs."

"30 Years ago when the heat went out at work on Christmas eve at 2am, Astar responded immediately !! Now today as a homeowner, when my furnace stopped working , I called AStar first!! ( not because the name starts with an A). Kyle the Service tech, could not get to my home because the roads were closed for a local event. He had to park his truck a mile away and carry his tools and parts. Instead of postponing the appointment, my heat was repaired quickly ! I am glad to see there level of service continues to exceed expectations ! Ed , Kyle deserves a Raise !!"

"They serviced and inspected the furnace and gave us the and quot;okand quot; to use it. They were very professional, answered all our questions and very honest. They even called a few days later to make sure that everything was running well. We will definitely use them again, it was a great experience at a tough time. They did a great job and price was fair.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Great customer service. Responded quickly. Excellent work."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
