"Joey Jacinto was prompt, courteous, and happy to share his extensive knowledge. With his infrared camera we could see where the major loss of heat was occurring. Much to our surprise, our walls turned out to be insulated and the attic insulation was adequate. Our main problem was the old wooden windows which we are planning to replace, and one or two small house extensions that needed ceiling installation. Joey made lots of wallet-friendly suggestions throughout his tour of the house that respected our old home's charm, and we could tell that he really knew housing thoroughly."

"I meant to write this review a while ago, but I wanted to make sure I did since the work was exceptional. I had hired another contractor to remodel one of my bathrooms, but like the stories that many people have experienced, that contractor did not end up finishing the job. Laz came in, was professional and was always on time. He provided me a fair quote and got the job done. He always came by to check on the workers, made sure things were being done right, inspected the work closely and if something wasn't right, he pointed it out and made sure it was corrected. Even as the work went on, I had some other things I needed to have done in the house, some siding replaced, staining the front door. Everything came out great, and the bathroom was finished and is amazing. I would absolutely use Ebanks again, since when you do find someone reliable and the work is good, you don't need to continue to search."

"I've worked with several New Jersey contractors on home improvements.  To date, the best experience that I've had has been with the Weather Busters.
They were ALWAYS on time.  They took care of my requests as quickly as they could.  They were professionals!  That differentiates the Weather Busters from their competitors and is enough for me to refer them to others.
The only score that was not excellent was pricing-- they replaced the AC+Furnace in a third floor walk-up condo unit for $6000.  This price seemed on par with other offers, making the offer no better than average.
Also, I would have preferred that they carried Rheem products rather than Coleman because of their better product reputation.  However, to compensate for the product quality difference, Weather Busters gave me a fantastic parts + labor warranty.  So, if product-related problems arise down the road I expect the warranty to cover any issues.
