"I’ve used Green’s many times over the past 18+ years (furnace, AC, etc.) and have always received great service. I was just at my mother’s house to let the technician in to repair her stove. They called me approximately 45 minutes ahead of time to let me know we were next up for service, and then again when the technician was on his way. They also sent me a text with an introduction to the technician (including a photo) so I would know who to look for. When Ty arrived at the door, he put booties on over his work boots to keep the carpet clean, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary. He figured out the problem quickly and gave me a price (down to the penny, including tax) for the work before replacing the igniter. He fixed the stove and even cleaned up the burners so they would work better. This company is extremely professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"Needed a new water heater. They were able to diagnose, quote, and replace all before lunch Great service, product, and price!"

"I appreciated the technician who answered questions and explained what he was doing. He replaced some orginial part and the furnace is working well."

"The service tech actually found a small gas leak ( but any leak is bad) and he repaired it right away. There way no charge for this service as we belong to their service club so service call and repair were no additional cost to us. Very professional and explained everything before repairing. We will not change to any other service company."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"All phases of the job went well. The technician was courteous and respectful in every aspect, he even covered his shoes to prevent any potential transfer of debris or shoe markings to our hardwood floors. He did an initial assessment of the condition of the current pump and verified it's failure. He then presented us with several options for the replacement . The work was completed in a timely manner and the work area left in good order."

"Excellent service very knowledgable about his service. And did a great job. would recommend to anyone"

"I am thrilled with my Bathroom- they showed up when they said they would. They listened to my requests - went into the project knowing what the end goal would be. The bill was what they quoted. They cleaned up after themselves. Great customer service and outstanding workmanship."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."
