He arrived on time, diagnosed correctly why the lock was not working on the exterior double door and fixed the issues superbly in his estimated time. I was leaning in favor of putting in a commercial grade lock. He advised me against spending the money since it was unnecessary. Total charge was $259. I was 150% satisfied with his overall service.
