He sent highly experienced, talented, and trained expert plumbing professionals and a electrician to do the work. After it was all done, I can honestly say that I'm extremely satisfied with quality of the work. As a licensed boiler operator, witnessed this outstanding work. "I waited so long to submit this review because I wanted to see if we really were going to save any money. Our summer electric bills have dropped to a third of what they were last year. We may never fully recover the full replacement cost but getting a PECO bill for $175.00 versus $576.00 (August) is great and that is a positive for the enviornment! <br /> I no longerhave all the specs on the old oil burner but with the new system (3 zones vs. 2) we are using 50% less fuel oil. I can't track the savings due to warmer temperatures but the new unit runs a lot less than the old Columbia. <br /> Petro is a class company. Very professional. "Advanced Professionals did a wonderful job, again! I hired them in December 2015 for an emergency when the baseboard pipe split in my kitchen. Water was running from my kitchen floor and down into the basement. They came immediately and fixed. This time (November 2018), I was concerned that my heating system was having problems. MO came on time and inspected all of my baseboards, radiators, and the boiler. Everything fine except for needing to reduce the PSI from 60 to its correct level of 20. MO was extremely professional, very pleasant and gracious, and answered other inquiries I had about how I may think about updating my heating system in the future. I was very appreciative of his knowledge. For the amount of time he spent and the work (inspection and correction of the issue), I think the price was fair. I am considering retaining Advanced Professionals as my ongoing plumbing and heating service provider. To-date they have met or exceeded all of my expectations."

"Okay, so the phone service and responsiveness is top notch. They can get to your location quickly. I will definitely give them credit for that. The replacement of the main sewer drain pipe and HVAC tune-up were great. In fact, that's what made me want to use them again for the laundry center installation. However, this is when things did not go so well. First, when they came for the first project, I noticed that their prices were about 20% higher than most. However, I was definitely willing to pay that premium for the work they did and the responsiveness. This is their strength, hands down. BUT... Here is their weakness that soured me on this company. First, the water heater replacement estimate came in at twice the amount of other estimates. Twice! That's fine. I ended up not going with them. That's why it's good to comparison shop. But, when it came to the installation of the laundry center, I was going to do it myself, even though it was in a tight spot inside a closet. It was awkward but doable. However, since they had done such a good job on the first project, I figured I'd splurge and let them install the laundry center. I estimated with parts and labor, the MOST it could cost was between $300 and $400...and that's a lot. It took into account that it would probably take them an extra hour disconnect the old unit and install the new one, due to the tight spot. Again, it was so straightforward, I could have at least done the disconnect myself, but I was tired and going out of town, and I figured I'd just hire them to do it. So, they came to do the repair and called with an estimate. And it seemed the minute they knew that I was out of town and that I preferred for the job to get done on that day so that my tenants wouldn't be inconvenienced with another contractor visit, they inflated the price astronomically. I expected that their prices would be high, but the level of the markup was astounding: just over $900. To put that in perspective, the laundry machine itself cost $1100. Their price was about three times what it should have been, even taking into account the premium pricing I expected and the slightly awkward installation location. The reason why this soured me was that this pricing moved beyond premium pricing into the realm of exploitation. It struck me as something a company does unethically. They build a trust with one or two jobs, knowing that you're going to trust them. Then when you need them or you're in a pinch they slam you. It felt very deliberate and shady. The sad thing is that I truly thought that I'd found my go-to place for all the plumbing things I didn't want to do myself or didn't have time to do myself. I was so thrilled to have found them and to recommend them. And then this left a very bad taste in my mouth. It was so disappointing because it reminded me that this place was the stereotypical gouger, living up to the negative reputations of greedy contractors looking to exploit people in need. I'm okay with a little greed. But this felt so outrageous. I was definitely willing to pay premium prices for premium service, but this was really excessive. I thought other people should know so they can be a little wary of trusting them too much. They do good work, but I think other contractors do good work as well. I wonder if this level of sticker shock is worth it beyond emergencies. Maybe this is how to use this company--for deep emergencies when you need them fast and know you're going to pay through the nose anyway. If money is no object, this is the place to go. If you have time to shop around, that's probably the best way to go. Good luck!"

The Mitsubishi Ductless system have been working great for cooling and Iâ m sure the same will be for the winter with heating. Fallon and Mario, along with their team did a phenomenal job as quickly as possible. As they performed their tasks, the team was courteous, clean and provided communication updates along the way. It was a smooth experience."

Perry Mandarakas is one of their engineers/sales people. He measured everything about my old system and then explained in detail how he was designing the new system why he did it that way. He went over what would stay, what would be replaced and why. It all made sense. And in designing my system, he made a couple of tweaks to the design which got me a higher efficiency rating and qualified me not only for a rebate from the electric company, but a $600 credit on my taxes next spring! Installation was fast and perfect. Very responsive customer service and quality technicians. I highly recommend them."
