"I selected Mass Garage Door Expert after contacting several other companies who were booked for several weeks. Mass Garage Door had open appointments two days out. The installer arrived on time, and was able to make the repair on the spot. He also provided me some useful information about the condition of my equipment and possible improvements. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future."

"

From sales to installation, the process was exceptionally smoothly and everything happened as was originally scheduled and promised. Communication was excellent, advice from the estimator was spot-on, the quality of the doors even better than what we expected and the installation was EXPERT. The doors look fabulous, work perfectly, and the installer did a much better job than what we could have done ourselves. We are so glad that we decided to outsource this service and we highly recommend this company.

"The installation went smoothly as planned.  It took about a day + a little extra effort to get HomeLink to work.  The doors took about 1 month for delivery because we had ordered a custom color.

"Rudolfo came on a weekend on short notice to look at some drywall
repair.  He was on time and patiently explained process.  He is a great
guy and is very patient with my questions.  Unfortunately I decided to
hold off on the work till next year because I had to spend my budget on
other emergency issues.

"Amazing. Todd was the fourth carpenter we interviewed, all from Angie's List, and we knew immediately he was the one. Unlike the others, you could tell that he was the kind of guy who does what he says; shows up; and does a quality job. He did all that and more and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Todd did more than the projects he was given - he referred the electrician and plumber who also did a wonderful job and having the three of them know one another helped tremendously - as they would communicate scheduling amongst themselves. Todd was also the point person who was there when the granite was installed and found someone to cut and re-size our existing granite. Todd listens to what you want to do; asks all the right questions, provides very thoughtful ideas and solutions. He gets it. He is there when he says he will be; the quality of his work is excellent. He is a pleasure to have in your home; he cleans up as he works and is just a real nice guy. Todd is a skilled craftsman and we highly recommend him and will continue to have him to work as needed on our home."

"Tony arrived on time, was very efficient, did a great job of ensuring the door was sealed from the outside air and elements, did caulking, foam insulation, used primed wood, did fine finish work, spoke with my husband along the way to ensure the right decisions, and even rewired the new door for the alarm system. Everything looks great! I now just need to do finish painting work on the door casing (our door was prepainted). Tony's on the top of my list for our next carpentry job. Note: the cost of service does not include the door itself."

"By the time I had the good fortune to find Brandon at Superior (through Angie's List), I had already settled on a kitchen designer (Alicia at Adams Kitchens, also through Angie's List, also wonderful), through whom I had planned to order the cabinets.  I had purchased (or at least decided on) the granite, fixtures, appliances, and mouldings and trim.  (I might have had the order of events a little backwards, but Brandon and Jane worked very well with Alicia, and none of them  made me feel like they would have preferred it another way.)  When the time came, Brandon worked with the granite templater and installer I had chosen (which fortuitiously happened to be the granite vendor he prefers).
Jane had provided a detailed schedule several days beforehand, and Brandon and his crew arrived and got started right on time.  They went to great lengths to prepare the whole downstairs for the project, and they kept on schedule the entire time.  Brandon has a very impressive crew--they were not only very talented, but very pleasant, neat, and respectful.  His subcontractors were top-notch, as well.  Each day, after the area was cleaned up and tools and supplies were put away, Brandon would check in to see how things went from my perspective, and would give me the plan for the following day.  I don't think there was a single day that considerable progress wasn't made.  I kept thinking that he and Jane could not possibly keep this level of service up throughout the entire project, but somehow they did.
Jane worked with me to choose tile and to design our beautiful backsplash.  The way that Brandon and Jane orchestrated the scheduling of tradespeople (plumbers, electricians, tileworkers, cabinet installers, granite templating and installers, finish carpenters, plasterers, painters, etc.) was truly a work of art.  In a similar manner, Brandon and Jane were able to gracefully work with many different personalities and alleviate the stress that such expensive decision-making brings on.  They kept a running total of extras and credits, so there were no surprises at the end, and Brandon's original estimate was extremely close to the actual cost.  I cannot imagine the project running more smoothly, or more pleasant and competent people running the project.
Brandon and Jane totally understood and worked hard to mitigate the chaos that such a project creates; they kept things moving with minimal disruption to us.  Not having a kitchen or a downstairs bathroom for a while was a bit of an inconvenience, but the level of professionalism, dedication, attention to detail, extraordinary level of customer service, and the quality of workmanship made it all worthwhile.  We have a beautiful and much more functional new kitchen, bathroom, and breakfast nook--and many fond memories of the people who created them.

"It went very well.  They installed the door and so, I called them to have it maintained."

"Skip and his son Jonah did all the work over a period of a few weeks, due to inclement weather. I cannot speak highly enough of how good they were, I would hire back again in a heartbeat. Hard working, very friendly and professional in every way. On the back sliding glass door, Skip noticed that the screen did not close properly and there was a flaw on the hardware of the door which needs to be replaced. I believe Andrea in their office has ordered said items and we are now waiting to hear when they will be fitted."

"You want to hire these guys! From first contact through our entire 2.5 week project, Joci and Roberto were extremely responsive, returning phone calls, texts, and explaining their work. Very professional and easy to work with. They started the day they said they would, letting us know two weeks ahead. They finished a few days earlier than planned because we needed it. The quality of Roberto's and Jesus' work was outstanding. For example, Roberto repaired our vaulted family room wall a second time, after a first coat of paint, just because it didn't meet his high standard! We paid the originally quoted labor cost plus material costs based on actual receipts Roberto saved. Some of the best money we've spent on home renovation! They were awesome."
