"Ecomaster did an excellent job putting in the insulation. They sealed the attic, put in blown in insulation, plus weather striped and sealed stairway . They made an error in what to charge us- the attic space was larger than the house diagram showed. So, they actually charged us less than they should have. But they held to original estimate and didn't charge us more. I appreciated their honesty and integrity in keeping their word and holding to the original contract. There was also a rebate from Duke Energy that we were supposed to receive for putting in the insulation. It took 6 months and a lot of follow up on their side but they kept at it, kept us up to date and we finally received the rebate. I am very grateful for the work they put in after the sale. Our energy bills have dropped dramatically since the insulation was installed."

What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue.
