Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. My husbands desk was in the way and I told them not to move that but they didn't do one in the kitchen and I found one upstairs they didn't do. They overlooked it as it was in the count of 15 but they didn't do all of them. The dryer vent was $79.00 of the cost and I paid extra for them to sanitized which was maybe $50.00. I thought those were a little high in a way."
