"Youngstown Comfort Systems was the only local company I could get to come out and take care of an emergency. Owning a double wide, many local companies do not want to work on them, or underneath, I should say. A raccoon became lodged in part of my duct system. The rather large critter died, leaving a horrible smell and messed up my duct work. The guys found where the raccoon was, got it out, and repaired everything that was destroyed. Not one local company would help me, until I called Youngstown Comfort Systems. Not only did they remove the deceased animal for free, they drove all the way from Leetonia to Howland just to help me, after a long day of work. Because of this great customer care, I had other duct work completed. I am extremely grateful for their help. Not many companies will go out of their way for you anymore. "First of all, it was too high of a price, and it froze up twice and they had to come back twice. I was not real happy, but it's working now. There was nothing I liked or disliked, it was just a brand new air conditioner and it froze up twice. When the heat hit, it was warm."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
