"Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again."

"I made the decision to hire Hampton Bay Construction because of its excellent ratings on Angie's List and having met AJ, its president. I've been using the List for years with good results. I'd already gotten estimates for new windows from two other sources before calling AJ. He came by, looked at my old windows and gave me excellent advice on what could and should be done. No, I did not need the most expensive windows available. Yes, he was a bit more expensive than the other contractors, but oh, what he provides in the way of service and quality. As it turned out the newly designed Andersen windows I chose were faulty. The grills I ordered did not fit. AJ was tireless in getting Andersen to resolve the problem. It took a while but I had full confidence that he would get the job done. He did. And his crew was just wonderful in protecting the work space ahead of time, in leaving the interior of the house clean and in hanging new shades perfectly. I am a fussy homeowner. Quality counts with me. I have an eye for problems. A.J does too. And he asks about needed decisions ahead of time and lets his customers decide. A storm door blew off my house in a storm (!) and I like the the one AJ installed much more than the old one because he had the wit to ask me what I wanted. I've now a list of jobs needing attention. I hope that AJ will be able to do them. I wouldn't go anywhere else."

"The boards on the porch of our house were rotting and needed to be
replaced, during the quoting process we decided on the materials to use we wanted Ipe boards (Expensive at $6.25 per linear foot ... but we felt well worth the price) Trust Builders LLC gave us the best quote of all received ranging between $13,000
to $22,000.  They came to our house after getting all of the necessary permits and arranging a trash skip.  Jim the foreman and master carpenter modeled supports for the roof that was sagging, removed the columns and boarding. 
The framing and footings under the porch were then inspected and found to be unsuitable for use.  Further funding was
required for the new footings and framing, these were added to the original quote of $13,000 and came to around $2000 (cost price for materials).
The porch was completed to spec and within budget within two weeks.
We are thrilled with the new porch and are probably going to hire Trust Builders LLC to build out our attic space."

"I've never hired a contractor in the past of any trade and have the job go as smoothly as this one, from estimate to clean up. Rich the owner is both professional and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. His crew works quickly and they know their trade, they missed nothing. The owner was on-site to check on things both days it took to complete the job. On top of all of that he was by far the most fairly and reasonably priced than all other estimates (4 in total) I got. I don't know why anyone would pay more (for their roof) or go with anyone else considering my new roof looks flawless for the price I paid. Remember every roof is different, so every price is different. My roof required complete removal of old shingles on my single story home with extended garage, replaced rotted plywood (6 sheets) and reinstalled new architectural shingles with all the standard modern upgrades my roof needed. Ridge vents, ice shield, dek armour (upgrade from 15 pound felt paper) ect.,the list goes on an on. On top of all the new and improved features I also needed 3 skylights repaired (to industry code), 2 bathroom roof exhaust vents and 1 automatic exhaust attic vent installed. My roof looks like I spent 20k on it but it wasn't even close to half that. The cleanup went just as flawless as the roof. I haven't found a nail or a piece of shingle anywhere on my property yet. In my opinion there is no need to scroll down any further."

He painted a 2400 sq. ft. apartment to my color specifications, hung wallpaper, removed a closet door and framed it out for a new bifold door, attached door stops and switch and outlet plates, had his electrician  hang fixtures, and do wiring for TV and internet. He removed a whole wall of mirror which was becoming detached from the wall, and repaired and painted that wall. No one would ever know anything had hung there at one time. I did wind up paying over and hove the figure above, because I then had the electrician remove a good bit of recessed lighting, and install LED lighting."
